How to Report an Incident Believed to be a Violation
Students, faculty, administrators, staff, guests, and members of the community are encouraged to report an incident at admin@cothm.ae that they believe to be a violation of the COBS Student Code of Conduct.
Administrative Action regarding Complaints/Violations
After official notification to all parties, the designee will prepare a report, which should include factual findings, which support the belief that a violation of policies occurred, and the range of sanctions, which may appropriately be imposed. The accused student will have the opportunity to meet online with the designee, before the hearing and may respond to the allegation. The designee may resolve the case by application of administrative actions. If not resolved administratively, it will be referred automatically to the Judicial Committee.
