Please follow the below steps to acquire your certification award upon completion of your course:
STEP-1: Submit Requisition Form via the student portal.
STEP-2: COTHM Admin team will send you a confirmation that you have met all the requirements for the certification award. If there are still any prerequisites to be met, you will be notified.
STEP-3: Fulfill missing requirements if any reported during STEP-2.
STEP-4: You will get a confirmation from COTHM Admin that your certification is in progress, the estimated timeline will be shared depending on the type of Awarding Body for your program of study.
